Founder's Tribute Concert: Johannes Brahms "An English Requiem"

Join us for a special evening dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Michael Korn, the founder of Bach Festival, the Philadelphia Singers, and Chorus America. Korn was an American choral conductor and organ virtuoso. The concert will run one hour and a half with an intermission, followed by a reception.

Join us for a special evening dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the passing of Sean Deibler (1947-2009), Founder and Artistic Director of the Choral Arts Society of Philadelphia's (Choral Arts Philadelphia) who led the organization for over 15 years. During his tenure, Deibler helped establish Choral Arts as one of the premier choruses in Philadelphia which included appearance in concert and in recording with the Philadelphia Orchestra.

The tribute will be held in Chestnut Hill, at the Presbyterian Church of Chestnut Hill. The program features the music of Johannes Brahms "An English Requiem" a Philadelphia Premiere.
