Consider The Poor, Foundling Hospital Anthem – Handel
The Foundling Hospital Anthem, also known as "Blessed are they that considereth the poor" is a choral work composed by George Frideric Handel in 1749 for the Foundling Hospital in London and was first performed in the chapel there. It is one of Handel's last pieces of English church music.
