Back by popular demand, Choral Arts is excited to continue its partnership with Richard Stone (co-founder and artistic director of Tempesta di Mare) to resurrect two more lost oratorios of Giacomo Carissimi, Queen Esther and the Song of Deborah. Considered the inventor of the Oratorio, Carissimi's influence on sacred, and even secular oratorios, makes its impact even today.
